About
Senior B2B operator. Systems-minded. Built for ambiguity.
Based in the Seattle area. I lead global digital demand generation programs and work where strategy, systems, execution, and revenue accountability meet.
Background
I work as a senior digital demand generation campaign manager focused on global B2B programs. My day-to-day spans campaign strategy, cross-functional execution, reporting, and the operating systems that make complex programs runnable.
The shape of the work is consistent: ambiguous goals, multiple stakeholders, fragmented handoffs, reporting that does not answer the question, and a team that needs structure to move. The work is to make the system visible and to remove the friction that is slowing the program down.
The next generation of GTM leaders will look more like systems engineers than channel specialists.
How I think
First principles, then real-world constraints. I prefer to break a complex problem into the few decisions that actually shape the outcome, then design the rest of the system to support those decisions.
I value signal over noise, especially in executive communication. Reporting should end in a recommendation. Status meetings should produce decisions. Operating models should remove work, not add it.
I treat AI as a structuring layer for thinking, not as a content generator. Used carefully, it raises the floor on documentation and the ceiling on judgment.
Outside the day job
Currently studying mechatronics, robotics, CNC machining, and advanced manufacturing. The crossover between marketing systems thinking and engineering systems thinking is closer than it looks. Both reward the operator who can model the connections between parts and design for the seams.
